Background
Dean spent his school days on Prince Edward Island and transferred west to Vancouver, British Columbia in 1982 with Grant Thorton, Chartered Accountants. He subsequently moved to the suburb of Langley, British Columbia and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a manager. For the period of 1994 to 2001, Dean was a partner in a growing two-partner accounting firm. In June of 2001, he joined UHY LDMB Advisors Inc. as an associate providing consulting services to a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses. Dean is now a Director at UHY LDMB Advisors Inc.

Personal Interests
Dean's real passion is for travel and sports. He and his wife have spent ten years travelling in various continents gaining invaluable experience in different cultures. They now have two children and he has become involved in his children's' activities such as soccer and gymnastics both as coach and foundation director.
