Darren is a Tax Director of UHY LDMB Advisors Inc.
Professional Experience:
- Darren focuses his practice on tax advisory services for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts
- Expertise includes reorganizations, loss utilization planning, amalgamations, remuneration planning, purchase and sale of a business and tax structuring of partnership agreements
- On the U.S. and international stage, he provides compliance work to U.S. individuals, corporations and partnerships and designs tax and business effective strategies for conducting international business
Background
Darren was raised in rural British Columbia before moving to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia. He graduated with a BA in 1989 and began articling and working towards his CA designation, graduating on the President's Honour Roll and in the top 10 in BC.
Darren was a founding member of UHY LDMB Advisors Inc. which was established in 1998. Since beginning with a firm of 5, Darren's marketing ability and drive have contributed to a 5 fold growth and he is an integral member of our affiliation with UHY International.
